stealing of funds
As with other people, I thought this was a free sign up and I never agreed to pay for any bid packages...
What I found is the website automatically clicks the amount they want to charge the consumer and if the
consumer is not paying attention they will charge you without your permission or knowledge. Complaints can be made to IC3.gov who monitors website rip offs. This one needs the governments attention, .

$99.00 charge to my account that i just opened that I was supposed to get freebids.
I was really excited about this. I have been spending time trying to figure out why yall have charged me $99.00 when it is freebirds and just opened this account. I purchased 10 bids for 3 cents and then it showed this $99.00 dollar amount. I also won another 10 bids and I am afraid to pick those up for 24 cent because it may show another charge of $99.00. If I do not see my account credited back quickly i will go to the bank which I will fill out the complaint and they will put the money back in my account and they will take it up with you. I hope you do the right thing fast. Let me know where to e-mail you my transaction # and e-mail #. Thanks for your prompt attention.

unauthorized charge
This notice today, May 2, 2011, is to terminate my account and request you to cancel any charges to my credit card associated
with this account. "FREEBIDS" are FREE! I am disputing your attempt to charge my account $99.00
Your office told me that I could not terminate my account by phone.
Is that how you conduct a legitimate business?

My credit card was billed $99.00
I went to this web site after seeing an ad. I registered and put in my credit card information with a slightly uneasy feeling but I thought ok it is for future purchases. I bid $.01 for a 10 bid package and won it. That is all I bought. The next day my credit card was billed $99.00. After many attempts to get through to them with no answer I called my credit card company and initiated a fraud dispute. I finally did get through to a lady who said by entering the website the way i did I agreed to purchase the 175 bid pack which is one of the more expensive packs. I did not agree to that. I never saw anything about that. She said in essence said TOO BAD.

scam
I read an article on Bidrack and it was touted as better than Ebay. As a novice to online bidding websites I was interested, so I logged on, and had to register. Unfortunately, their pages are so convaluted, crowded and noisy, that I didn't realize that simply registering was going to cost me $99. I didn't even know that I had been charged until a few hours later when I checked my bank account. There was no receipt for purchase e-mailed to me, as every other company does, so I had no notification. Unknowing about the charge, I tried one of the bids, and that cost me money, and because I used that, I am unable to get a refund. The entire process is VERY confusing, ESPECIALLY for a novice that doesn't truly understand the process and is used to the way EBay handles business. I called and spoke with a manager explaining the situation and was told that there is nothing they could do because I had already used some of the bids. AGAIN - I had no idea I was charged $99 until hours later when I logged on to my bank account to to my banking. This company has very poor support for novice customers, and take advantage, and post too much information for the bottom line to be understood and clearly seen on their site!!! VERY angry, as I cannot affor to lose $100 without having anything to show for it!!!

open box items/ defects
I won many auction over 30 I have received only 7 items. One of the items I received was a black wallet that had a sticky substance all over it. I also was a mister clean auto car wash retail $29.99, what I received was the auto wash gun not in retail packaging. There was nothing else included, just the gun no soap or spotless dry solution. They have refunded my money on the item they haven't sent but what they have shipped was crap defective merchandise. This site is a scam and now every other auction is for bid pack with is over saturating the market with bids, meaning fewer items to win at much higher prices.

Stay away from these crooks
I won many items, and after many complaints I did recieve the ipod nano I won (it took 6 weeks to ship). The item came directly from amazon.com and it was legit, as I was shipped a pink nano and wanted silvr and processed an exchange through amazon. Anyway, the other 10 items I won were nowhere to be found, and so I called customer service once again. They refunded ALL of the money I spent on their site except for the bids and money I spent on the nano, which was only about $20. I am happy to say 48 hours later the money was back in my bank account. I suggest anyone that still has pending money/auctions with them you call them and demand a full refund. Also email them. Anyway, it is too bad this was too good to be true! If anyone wants a reliable site, try bidsell.com. I have won many items and recieved them all quickly!

Canceled my winning auctions
BIDRACK.COM – STAY AWAY!!! This company sucks big time. I bought bids specifically to win the Apple iPad which I did and they charged my credit card. A month later I get an email from them stating that due to problems with their supplier that none of my items could be shipped. Funny, that day they were still auctioning off an Apple iPad but they didn’t have one to send me. They offered me a cheap piece of jewelry and 100 bids back. After I won the iPad I did google bidrack.com and I wish I had earlier. Nothing but complaints and same issues I am having – they do NOT deliver the goods!!
I laughed at there offer of free bids because they don’t ship the goods so what good does it do me – they don’t send the items and then you have the hassle of getting your money back. In fact if I hadn’t called them it doesn’t appear they would have credited my credit card (still waiting to see if this actually happens though). In my opinion they are at the very least a poorly run company if not a complete scam. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE STAY AWAY!!!

All Won Auctions Were Cancelled
After three weeds and the company charging my credit card, I received an e-mail saying that some of my auctions that I won would not be shipped due to problems with their suppliers. I called...was on the phone for over an hour trying to reach someone and was told that ALL auctions won before March 15 would not ship. I won an IPad; they said they were having problems with their suppliers, but there was an IPad online that day for auction, so why can that one be shipped but mine can't?

There was an offer to refund my bids...I, under no circumstances will spend another dime on that site. I demanded that they refund all money I paid to their site...seeing as how nothing I won was ever shipped. The customer service rep said that would be done, but he certainly didn't seem very apologetic. As a matter of fact, he kind of chuckled when I asked to speak with a manager. We'll see if my credit card is refunded.

BIDRACK.COM IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT SITE!!!
