BidRack is a SCAM!! RUN from this site!!! Won several items, now they email me and say that due to problems with suppliers I won't be receiving my items!!! They are giving me BIDS for the items. One item that I won was valued at $995 and they are offering me bids at .60 per dollar of the worth of the item. All other times they have said that bids they give to you when the site messes up are valued at .30. Three of the items were Gift Cards---how could they NOT BE ABLE to procure them??
I don't want more bids because the same thing will happen, plus there is nothing to bid on. Several days ago they starting having fewer auctions, and the ones they do have are for junk and bids.
I am getting in touch with my credit card company and also Buy Safe.

buyer beware! this is a terrible site. it is an auction site that claims you will win auctions for items at significant savings, but you must buy auction bids in order to even begin bidding. Yes, you may get a $25 gift card for $1 to $3 but it costs a minimum of $27 to even bid. So you're almost always paying way more than the card or item is actually worth. I had a horrible experience. Paid just under $30 for a $25 gift card. I made numerous attempts to have it resolved by their customer service team. They only refunded the price paid for the card $3.45 but not the $27 charged to bid. SO their solution-cancel the charge for the card, and not ship the product but still charge me $27. I asked to have my account closed and everything refunded but they keep ignoring requests. Anyone can overpay for products. They are not offering anything of value and have terrible customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! I won several auctions and never received a confirmation of shipping and my order status never changed from processing. It has been 18 days since I purchased the items I won. After repeated attempts to get tracking numbers, details on when my order shipped, emails to customer service, and phone calls to customer support, I have had no resolution to the issue. They have charged my credit card over $125 and I have not received anything. I have sent them an email requesting that they either send the items within the next three days, which will have been three weeks, or to refund my money. I have a feeling they either "sold" items they don't even have or are so dysfunctional that they lost my order and never sent it in the first place. We'll see how they respond, but judging by the numerous feeback and reviews from other websites, I think I have been scammed. This is a nightmare. Also, check the reviews on the nomorerack.com website on jabber. They also address bidrack.com.
