I was browsing BidRack just being curious. I use Ebay all the time and never ever have problems with them so, I registered as I thought it would be cool to be able to look for deals as I do again with Ebay. However when I registered I was asked for a credit card number. My though being that the use it to verify you are you, as Netflix does charge $1.00 when you sign up for the trial service then return the $1.00 soon after. BidRack charged my card $49.00 and I have no idea for what! I called the company and after a half hour of ringing got customer service whom informed me that no manager is on duty that I can speak with and asked me to leave my number so they may call me back. I got Nothing!!! No call. I called back and repeated the same thing all over again! I finally thought to email them and they told me they do not give refunds. I wrote then a letter every day and call every day for about 7 days and finally, I have still not spoke with anyone, but the wrote saying a full refund will be given in 7-10 days from yesterday. woooooow! I had to cancel my cards and call my credit card company at least the same ammount of time I spent with BidRack. I am NOT writing to say that BidRack/NoMoreRack.com is a bad company. I am writing to say. READ EVERYTHING BEFORE ENTERING ANY CREDIT CARD. In the mean time I will wait 7-10 days.
