Bidsauce fraud
Purchased bids back in September 2010. Won 4 substantial gift cards in Sept and early Oct. Waited patiently for a couple of months before I started sending emails and making phone calls. They pretty much ignore all emails, but each and every time I call customer service (joke), they flat out lie about the problem and then lie about when I will be receiving my winnings. At the moment, their customer service phone number is not even going to them. In my experience, they are completely fradulent. I just want the money I paid them back, as they have not rendered the service they took my money for...

They charged me $149.00 automatically upon joining just to place a bid and the cost of this bid package was not apparent at all untill the charge was made! This upset me and now, it is Sunday and they have no no phone avilable until Monday - Friday so I guess I'll be charged and have to fight to get my money back... I am ultra-pissed.

Do not use this scammers
I won an walmart gift card on 9/22/2010 and have still not received it. Customer service shows my order and cannot tell me when I will get it still. They just keep saying I am on high priority since I have been waiting so long. DON'T USE THIS SITE!!!

another Victim of theft
I am just another sucker and victim of the online penney auction site bidsauce. When I registered, I knew that it would be really hard to offset the price paid by the bids that I purchased, but I won 4 items and thought I did pretty well. Ok, 3 months later, and multiple contacts with their customer service (not), I have been completely lied to each and every time. Its not the customer service reps fault so much, as the management there is the guilty one of having them all lie to the customers. They continually lie about the warehouse being the problem, or the weather, or the systems being down. THEY USE THE SAME SET OF LIES EVERYTIME I CONTACT THEM. No business has the shipping problem with their warehouse like this company FALSELY CLAIMS. Its getting old, they need to ship my product and quit using my money to make themselves money.
You can't blame a warehouse for not shipping gift cards. This is a complete lie.

Paid approx. $2,500. & should get $500. Not paid.
1) This is supposed to be a "Penny Auction". It costs very close to $1. per bid. When you bit it only shows as as penny.
2) I have spent approximately $2, 500. on them. I have won but "not" received "any" of the prizes I have won.
These people do nothing but avoid people walling about gettng their prized. I have called numerous times and got promises that prizes I won would be shipped to be in few weeks. Never received anything. Not one iten.
3) I have spent between $2, 500 and $3, 000. and have won over $500. worth of products that were to be sent to me and I have received nothing. It is going on "SIX" (6)
If you google them you will see scam after scam.
'PLEASE INVESTIGATE THEM" - They are not paying anyone.

Opted out -refund requested
As stated above, I opted out and want a refund to credit card. I thought it was just a fee to put money into their acct. in the event I made a purchase. I have e-mailed them, but no reply. Opted out as their terms specified. This, I find is fraudulent! I did not search the site at all. Immediately opted out! This charge will be disputed by Credit Card Co.

Charged Card without proper notification
This company charged my credit card $149.99 without confirmation from me that this amount was the cost of supposed "free" registration. I used the bids that were sold to me, however, it is clear that the "high ticket" bid items are bidding against an automated computer bidder. What a scam!

endless emails
I have received over 40 emails in 5 days from bidsauce.com in 4 days, over 100 in two weeks! I have unsubscribed ay least 40 times...
Today I got 11 in 3 hours!!! I am sick of these people.. never used there site, been to there site and I get all this crap from them...

too good to be true? Definitely! Absolutely a scam! I've won and purchased something a month ago and NOTHING! cannot reach a 'live person' to talk to. Virtual help gave lame excuses that they do not give out the estimates for shipping and I cannot get the name of even one person who works there to write and complain! the card was charged without my consent.
