Cheating
I bought perfume bottle from Ameerpet <hyderabad BIG BAZAAR.They have cheated me.While showing they showed good perfume bottle but while packing they have packed old empty bottle.When I went for reclaim, they denied the claim and did not give me good perfume bottle.Dear friend beware of BIG BAZAAR cheaters, They take chaace to cheat you.They are not trusted brand store( which they claim).BEWARE BEWARE

rude behaviour
Big bazaar, old madras road, bangalore, very rude behavior by the baggage counter person and also the billing person. I asked for a big polythene bag just to manage the purchase whatever I made there, they didn't gave the bag and also behaved in a very bad way. I won't go the shop ever, and even suggest the friend to not go there for marketing

Misbehaviour of Cashier
Me and my mother had a shopping at BIG BAZAAR Pazhavangadi trivandum some days before for about 2000 rs, Unfortunately we didnt have change.But the cashier there was insulting us and making fun as if we purposely done so.We are regular customers of there.It felt really awkward when this was done.We dont have any intention to come without change.Atkleast he should show some manners with how to ask for change.SO the higher authorities please make a note that your employees at BIg Bazaar behave properly

Bad Behaviour of Salesperson at Big Bazaar
I visited Big Bazaar, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur (UP) some days back. We bought deodorants which was on 'buy 1 get 1 free' offer, but the 2 deo bottles were not wrapped together in a single package. The sales person at the billing desk on being told by us that it is in offer shouted at us as if we were robbing him of extra deodorants. After asking about the offer from other sales person he agreed of the fact, but his tone was still very harsh and full of attitude. Some similar incident have took place in the same store earlier also.
Is this the way a sales person would treat their customer???
We would better go off to some other Kirana Store rather than buying from such a place.

harassment by security personnel.
on 18 Mar 2011. I along with my family visited the big bazaar, Hebbal. I do marketing around RS 2000.While Coming out from the shop the security personnel were searched and Frisked us as we are terrorist /a gang of robbers.I am working on a top Indian security Government Agency.While I complained about the procedures they told us we will do this type of things only, we give damm on your complaints.I am staying Bangalore since last 4 years onwards and i have visited 1000 of malls in and out bangalore.But nowhere I have seen this type of harassment done by the private owned security.This was a horrible night dream.

Purchased product not delivered
I had purchased a wardrobe and a bed from Big Bazaar Banashankari 3rd stage Bangalore and the purchased product has not been delivered 12 days after the date of purchase.The representatives give false promises regarding delivery each day and come up with some lame excuse at the end of the day.I has been a horrible experience and i have given up on following up with them.
I am still not sure as to when my furniture will be delivered.

Not delivered Purchased items
I have purchased Computer Table and Chair from Big Bazaar, Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur. I made cash payment of said items on 14th August 2010. They assured to make delivery on or before 20 August 2010. When not delivered on the promised date, I called furniture sections Tel. 0712 6645630. Answer given was the purchased items are not in stock and will be delivered only when available. I logged complaint on Help line and gave required details on 21 August 2010. They said they will look into the matter and said that complaint ID will be my mobile number i.e. 9922444287. After that Nagpur based authorities called 2 to 3 times and made false commitment about delivery, but till date I have not recd my purchased items.
I just want to know that how can they sale the sold items? What action should be taken on them?

The center table is not yet delivered
On 25th Jan 09 I had purchased cot, mattress, Sofa set and centre table totally worth ~25K. Date of delivery was 10 days from date of purchase as was committed by them during purchase. But on the DC it was mentioned 15th Feb 09. Finally after repeated followup 3 out of the 4 items were delivered ~20th Feb 2009. The centre table is not yet delivered. Each time I call up I am being given a new date of delivery. Currently they have told it as 15th March 2009. The tax invoice has not been provided to me at all for the 3 items which have been delivered as well.

Stay away from Big Bazaar
As mentioned in thier advertisement that if we purchase more then Rs 7999 then we are entitled for juicer, mixer, grinder as free gift just after showing the bill.i shop for Rs 8600 and they are giving false promises since 3 days and giving all non sense reasons for not providing the gift.this is very sad and no manager is coming forward to talk and resolve this. i do not know why they are cheating people like this.
