Plug in several outlets and grill doesn't come on. Changed grill pad several times and nothing seems to work.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER THIS GRILL!!! I have been waiting on mine for over a month and still nothing.

*After I placed the order I received an e-mail saying it had been shipped with a tracking number. When I went online to track it with UPS it said shipping information (only)had been received. No package had been provided to UPS. Only information had been.

*I called the company and after a fair amount of grief they said they would send me ANOTHER one.

*I just called back today, a full month after I ordered it and they said the replacement still hasn't been shipped. When I started pressing the very obnoxious customer service representative about the issues he started blaming UPS!!! He said it was their fault because they couldn't pick it up due to wild fires!!! Are you kidding me??????

*Here is my favorite part. I told them to cancel my order and refund my credit card and he said he couldn't refund it until 14 days after shipping!!!

This is a huge scam and please warn everyone in anyway you can about this company!
