Parks District at 510-635-0135 they are one of the owners of the area and several claims have been filed with the Legal Department .


To Date we have documented reports that 5 boaters have sank their boat after hitting these underwater
Hazards exact location of these hazards if you have GPS is +38.022974 -121.728753 You can not see
them at low tide as you enter Big break Marina the hazards are South East Stay close to the right side if you enter the marina . And don't forget to have 5 bucks in cash for Capt Dave the owner when you pull in .

The Us Coast Guard will not mark these hazards due to that fact Big Break does not fall in the federal water
Channel So on that note boaters beware in the big break area .If you or a friend have fall victim to this
underwater Wrecking yard file a claim to recover your towing costs and the loss of your boat along with medical bills you may now have after getting sent to the hospital like others have .


I wish the Owners of the water ways would step up to the plate and mark the area where people were almost killed and lost their boat Time to clean up the wrecking yard you purchased East Bay Parks .
