I purchased an nec laser printer from bigcity express about 2 years ago. i had absolutely no problems. i got a great price (about $150 bucks). i have never had a problem with the printer - in fact it is more reliable than my system! about 18 months later i did business with them again, as i needed a toner cartridge for the printer. again, no problems. i will do business with them again, and recommend them to others.
