On February 10, 2008 I placed two orders for Home Depot gift cards from the website www.big-eshop.com. I ordered a total of 14 $200 gift cards (priced at $135.00 each) plus $4.00 handling (total $1, 894.00). I sent three postal money orders totaling $1, 894 via priority mail on Thursday, February 16, 2006 to the following address: 1673 East 16th Street in Brooklyn, NY 11229. The U.S. Postal Service confirmed delivery of this money order on February 18 at 9:59 a.m. Big E-Shops website states the following: "Once payment is complete, an order generally ships out within 24 hours. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of our receipt of your payment. Orders paid by postal money order will ship within 48 hours of our receipt of your payment" To date, (March 9), I have not received anything. I have sent numerous e-mails to: COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_74957# and have not received a response. I have also called 1-877-763-1793 and left many voicemails, also never receiving a response. What I found was that is just a reincarnation of http:--ppinc.easystorecreator.com- http:--www.giftronics.biz http:--purposepromotions.com, all run under a division of JPK Inc. This "Company" asks people to send checks or money orders, and after they receive payment they never contact people back, after a couple of weeks the site disappears and a new one appears. They have used the names Craig Chernoff and J Kaufman. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to get my money back. Thank you for your assistance.
