After ordering they sent me an e-mail with UPS tracking number. The tracking number turned out to be invalid and the item never shipped.I called their support 800# 10 times and never got through, just sat on hold for 10+ mins each time to be trans to a mbx that doesn't take messages.I emailed them 15 times and received no reply.I have disputed the charge as they absolutely SUCK, will never order from these rip off artists again. BUYER BEWARE!!!
