I have alway's been a customer of Bigg's for year's/// In the past few month's the store has hit the fan!
I shopped at the Skytop location in Mt Washington Ohio.
The deli has always been a joke until this girl came aboard about 2 years ago, her name WAS Erika,
had this goregous dark hair and big brown eyes. She was so nice to my husband and I. worked mostly nights...almost all the time we went in there she was there.
The last time i went in there was a few week's ago and a younger guy in the deli said she got fired over her step father having cancer. I was so in shock!!!
My husband and I have shopped week's after and noticed such a change since the openin g of wallmart on redbank rd...the employees are rude, customer servince sucks and when i go to complain it takes almost 20 mins to get a mangager to address the situation (that was the deli mangaer)j.
My husband and I are so done with that place we will never shop there again.
