I applied for finance for a bike the finance was approved they told me that i had to pay 30% deposit i gave them R12000 of hard earned money. I was supposed to come and pick up the bike the following day and they phoned me and told me i had been declined and refuse to give my deposit back. i have been trying for about 7 months to get this deposit back and each time they come up with a new excuse. i eventually got a lawyer involved and they then phoned me and told me they would give me the deposit back the Friday. Friday came and went and still i had heard nothing from them when i phoned again they told me that the boss was in japan he would be back later that week. i phoned again after hearing nothing from them and was told that apparently the boss 'was not in a position to refund the money'. it is completely unethical how they duped me into giving them money and not stating at any time that they would not give it back if something should go wrong. i am still trying to get this money as i need it for a new vehicle. Don't associate with these people they will *** your money!!!
