I ordered 2 rollerblade sets as xmas gifts on 12/5/09. One arrived the following week. The other did not. Shipping info on amazon (on behalf of seller) was incorrect. I call at least 10 times and emailed about 6 times. Three times, they said they'd call (within 30 minutes) to provide tracking information. They never responded. Most calls went to voice mail. Emails were not returned until AFTER xmas.
I never received the package. I never received tracking information. I never received a call back about how to proceed.
I did, however, recieve my credit card bill which has not been refunded.
I had to order the item from an alternate vendor and pay a hefty shipping bill to get the item by xmas. Reading the seller reviews on Amazon, my experience was not unique.
Disgusted.
