Hello, I am a 21 year old full time student. My parent Angel Neyra and Odalis Castellanos borrowed a second mortgage from Bild properties for the amount of $100, 000.00 in 2007, after a series of unexpected financial crisis my parents were unable to continue paying for the interest only load they borrowed and the title of our house was passed on to Bimiji inc. a company within Bild Properties. After 14 years residing at 60 east 51 place Hialeah FL, 33013 leaving in two days was not an easy thing, so we agreed to give a large deposit of around $7, 000.00 to Bild Properties Inc; continues paying our mortgage to Chase ( our first loan holder ) and pay an additional rent to Bild properties . After an drastic income cut we where unable to continue paying the last 2 months of the agreement was over, we left the house before an eviction and the deposit was suppose to cover the the last two months as stated in the rent contract. Bild properties has sent me to collection for the amount of $23, 187.26, this amount is unreasonable and inexcusable. I have pictures and videos of the perfect conditions we left the house. We evacuated the house on friday as he had threaded us that on saturday we were going to be evicted. I called him friday and told him there was no need for the sheriff to evict us due the fact that the house was ready to turn in the keys . At that time he rescheduled a meeting on the premises to turn in the keys on the following monday, I called the police in an attempt to turn in the keys as the house was going to be empty until Monday. He received the keys on monday and mentioned that everything was according to his expectation of a cleaned vacant house. I have 2 witnesses who were with me the moment I turned in the keys and a video. According to Chase we are still the owners of the property which is now rented out to another family. Chase does not recognize any other owner asides from Odalis Castellanos as they hold the primary ownership of the property . As he once told my father that because of personal issues against my parents he was going to go after me and destroy my life. Please help me with this issue, my credit was intact prior to this situation. As a full time student my credit is essential to continue with my studies.
