I placed an order to be shipped Priority mail. I received the email notification that it had shipped on a Saturday. My card was charged then. When I didn’t receive it by Thursday, I emailed them. He said that it didn’t actually ship until Tuesday – that was my first concern. I then waited another WEEK (priority, he told me, sometimes takes 5 days – this is wrong). I emailed again, and without telling me what the problem was, got the order back on track and it was eventually delivered. Although the ship date on the package I received was from just 3 days prior. So I don’t believe he ever shipped my order at all until after I’d complained twice.
Of course, there was a mistake with my order as well. Overall, I was pleased to find everything was new and unopened, but there was one item missing, and one included that I did not order. I emailed him again, and he apologized and told me to keep the odd item and that he would send out the one I ordered TOMORROW. I don’t know if he’s bringing it all the way to Vermont on horseback or what, but I still don’t have it two weeks later. Of course, I emailed him AGAIN and he accused me of threatening and him and said that it had shipped and that he can give me the tracking number. I am done with his BS, so I didn’t ask for the tracking number. If he was legit, he would be tracking the package for me, or sending ANOTHER replacement, not stonewalling.
