I have my own Auto Repair Blog after helping people with their car problems for over 25 years. I am missing my large socket set and decided to let this small town auto repair shop, "Bills Auto Repair" replace my hub bearings. As I encourage my readers to sometimes to save money try bringing in your own auto parts, I brought in one bearing and this guy Mitch would not even extend me the courtesy of installing it under Warranty even though it would take less than 10 minutes. Bills Auto Repair Shop in Hiawatha Kansas 66434 is not a place I will be returning to. As a Shop Manager of many auto repair shops in the Kansas City and Topeka Areas this would not be a problem for me. I would make a new friend, build up customer relations, and make my customer's day by doing this 10 minute job for him. I will now question the labor charges and everything else they have done in the past to my vehicle out of Distrust! I can say you can expect this kind of automotive service at Bill's Auto Repair in Hiawatha Kansas 66434 if they will do this to a fellow 28 year automotive mechanic such as my self!
