I am a business owner and noticed a $14.95 charge on my phone bill. I called AT&T and spoke to a supervisor. The supervisor told me that they have no control over who "jumps onto" my phone bill with charges. I was shocked. The AT&T supervisor then laughed and said, "it's not like we're not getting a little something from it also."

I called 1-866-383-3513 (the number listed for the $14.95 charges) and spoke to a "Tara." She informed me that "someone" signed up for a "membership service" and used my phone number and address.

I asked her what company she worked for, the company's address and phone number. She informed me that Billviaphone is a program for 39 different customer service memberships.

I asked what name the person used to put an unauthorized charge on my phone bill. Tara told me that "NO NAME was used, just an email address"
What!!! A membership where "No Name Is Used, " only an email address! Could not believe it.

Tara promised that I would receive 2 months of credit for the $14.95 charges. I informed her that there were 5 months of these charges.
She claimed that she "could only see" 2 months of charges therefore only 2 months of credit.

CRAZY!!!
