Had a new roof installed after hurricane Katrina. Shortly after I noticed a small leak develop in the dining room. Mr. Morgan came and attempted to fix the leak. Shortly there after the house was rented and no attention was brought to the leak. Now that the renters have moved out I noticed that the leak was never fixed and the ceiling is about to cave in. I called Mr. Morgan and made him aware of the problem. They came out and tried to fix the leak again and charged me $75. THe leak still is not fix and I have now noticed that all of the valleys in the roof are beginning to leak. After several attempts to contact Mr. Morgan I cannot get him to return my call. A roof should not leak after 3 yrs period. I had two other companies come out to give est. on fixing the problem. Both companies stated that it was poor installation procedures and could cost 1 to 2k to repair. Billy Morgan roofing apparently does not care about their customers. Stay away from this roofer! Bad news!!
