On 20 May 11, I went to Lunch the drive thru, and order a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and took it back to work, when I got to work it was only a half of grilled chicken, I called to complaint and they said bring back, I hadn't ate all day and it about 5 or 6 miles away by me driving back it will cost me the sandwich in Gas since it is $ 4.00 a gallon, what should have been done was we will give u a free sandwich or a complimenary meal or something, they act as it was a big deal, I'm at work and unable to leave, I don't get 2 lunch period a day, it should have been right in the begining. I work at Ft Pickett where we give them alot of business, I told the Manager that I would just stop doing business there, its not the $ it is the principle and the way you do business. I'm very upset, this is the first I been treat unfair. Something needs to be done, because I want go back to that McD, if this isnt resolve. My phone # is 804 389 3485. I have the reciept, but the printer need to be change it not 100% clear. I been working at Ft Pickett for over 12 years and never been treated with this kind of Customer Service. I'm very disappoint, had a issue before at Wendy they gave me complimentary meal, with no issue or bad customer service. Waiting for respond or I will chg my lunch location. Thanks for your time.
