Refuses to pay legitimate rebate
I realize Bing is ending it's cashback program soon, but most likely it's because of things like this that are the cause. I have used Bing Cash Back since it's inception and, while most transactions go through, all too often, they fail to credit you properly. This is what happened to me again this past weekend. Not once, but on TWO separate transactions, one at Kohls and one at Newegg.com Bing failed to properly credit my account. What is even MORE infuriating is that, after repeatedly asking me for the same information and proof over and over, they are falsely disclaiming my rebates. 3 days and many e-mails later, and all I get are useless canned excuses.

Money scam
Bing shop won't honor my cash back while I have the merchandise in hand.
I need to share my store with others so you can re-think before you use this Bing cash back feature. Originally when I purchases several dollars stuff, it worked great, I did get a couple of dollars and redeemed it. So I started using Bing instead of other similar websites even though I heard lots of complaint about Bing never showed valid purchase to give cash back. During the holiday seasons, when all stores had lot of great once a year deal, my purchased through Bing accumulated more than $300, ok, problem came. Bing said my purchases were not valid and not eligible for cash back bonus and would not honor my bonus. However, my purchases were never canceled or returned to the retailers, what does this mean? This means Bing still get the cash from those retailers' affiliate program, but Bing would not honor my share. This is no difference from steal either retailers' money or my money. If Bing won't honor money I earned, it should return the money I earned for Bing to the retailers. and I always wondered how Bing cash back can still be in business with such amazingly high cash back rates, regardless Micro$oft is abundant in cash. Now I completely understand, Bing cash back allure consumers with high rates and give them bonus first, then close consumers' cask back account and keep the money to themselves. Therefore, I tell my story here so you can think about it before you use Bing, if you only have several $ cash back, Bing is great, if you will accumulate several hundred $, you'd better use other more reliable websites, at least you can get something there.
