Buyer beware
***BUYER BEWARE!!!****
(After one month and still NO REFUND... now they say it could be another month before I receive it!!!)
THIS REVIEW APPLIES TO ALL NETSHOPS.com SHOPS. But specifically Binoculars.com
If you plan on returning your order, DO NOT expect a refund in any sort of timely manner. But that's not my only complaint.
First of all, when I placed my order I was given the option of what day to have the order delivered by. I chose Wednesday because I needed it for my vacation I was taking on Friday. Needless to say, it didn't arrive by Friday. When I returned home on Monday it was there.
So, I returned the item. Sent it back via FedEx and gave them the tracking number like they requested. It was delivered back to them at their warehouse 2 days later.
But a month later and NO REFUND. I've been in contact with them via email for a month and they keep saying the warehouse is behind and there's nothing they can do about it. So I get worried when a month passes and I call them to talk to the supervisor, he tells me it could take ANOTHER MONTH before I receive it. This is unacceptable. They claim there's nothing they can do about it.
On top of that, the supervisor refused to give me his last name. He has my full name, address, credit card number AND MY MONEY... yet he doesn't have the balls to give me his full name. Unbelievable.
So I've had to file a dispute claim with my bank to get my money. Luckily my bank credited me back and opened an investigation.
I can't state strongly enough -- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are over their heads with one warehouse handling 250 websites worth of goods
