UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
I WAS LOOKING FOR THE SOUNDTRACK FOR THE MOVIE NO RESERVATIONS AND CAME ACROSS BINVERSE. SIGNED UP AS REQUESTED. WAS STILL IN THE PROCESS OF SIGNING UP WHEN THE SITE RE-DIRECTED ME TO ANOTHER SITE CALLED "FIRST LOAD" WHICH IMMEDIATELY OPENED WITH PORNOGRAPHIC PICTURES. I SIMPLY CLOSED THE SITE AND THOUGHT NO FURTHER ABOUT IT. TWO WEEKS LATER I HAD A CALL FROM MY CREDIT CARD PROVIDER TO ADVISE ME THAT A CHARGE OF R400.00 HAD BEEN DRAWN AND WAS IT LEGITIMATE. OBVIOUSLY NOT. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO ATTEMPT TO GET THE MONEY BACK BUT READING THE OTHER COMPLAINTS RELATING TO THIS SAME ISSUE AM UNLIKELY TO.

SCAM !!!
I signed up through an affiliate company Downloadkeeper.comm for a 15 day trial offer from Binverse. Nothing but malware and viruses on downloading. It messed up my computer for over a week to clean it Binverse is an absolute scam, they make you think your starting a free trial but after 14 days they automatically sign you up for a 6 month contract costing $99.90 and completely expect you to pay it. They debited my PayPal account and left it active for additional withdrawals. I called the customer support hot line to tell them I didn't sign up for a 6 month contract and that I wanted the payment refunded. They told me I could cancel my account but it would only be canceling in 6 months, and get this as soon as I canceled I was no longer able to use the Binverse service for the next 6 months. I told them ( Lorna at Customer care) Ha-Ha if they do not reimburse me that I would post this all over the internet and get PayPal to ban them, and contacting other web watch dogs who frequently do stories about companies who scam people. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT USE BINVERSE, DONT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO SIGN UP WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE IS A JOKE, THEY DONT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING, AND THE RUDE LADY ON THE PHONE COULDN'T DO A THING TO HELP ME AND JUST KEPT GOING IN CIRCLES TELLING ME I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY THEM! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Binverse-Awfully Slow Speed!
I kind of like to have faster download speeds. I use Bittorrent alot, because if you want faster downloads, you will need to pay for it...that sux :{. BitTorrent is sooo slow, and some torrents stop seeding. So I went online to find some Usenet downloads, and came across Binverse. It offers a 14 day trial and gives 10GB space to download. I wanted to give it a try and I signed up with my information. My personal information was easy until the second step. The web says that I do not qualify for a Binverse Account, and I had to activate a full account. I don't have a credit card to enter my billing information. I closed the browser and waited for a day. I then got a email from Binverse and I was given the free trial. I was given my new login and password and I started using Binverse. I loggen in and I downloaded the Usenet software from Binverse. I started downloading a couple of movies when a login window popped up in front of me. I entered the login info given in my email, and it said WRONG LOGIN. I realized it was seperate accounts, and waited for another day. The next day, I was given the software login. I started downloading my movies... and that was when I found out it was even slower than Bittorrent.

Now, this is the main reason why I hated Binverse. I downloaded the first movie - Despicable Me (I loved this movie)! I searched it and I was ready to download the movie. I thought it will download one full movie, but actually I ended up downloading bits of them. The movie was seperated into parts. I didn;t care, because I was thinking the speed will be fast anyway. I clicked download and the download started. Unfortunately, the speed is so disappointing. The speed is as slow as Bittorrent, and the files took days to download. It wasn't a super high speed-download, it's a utterly slow download. The only difference was that you don't need to use Bittorrent to open a torrent file to seed, the files will be downloaded from the Usenet client. Now I realise Binverse is liars. They claim to say it's the fastest downloads, but in reality, it's slow as Bittorrent. It's no point signing up for any usenets like Binverse, because you will also end up in slow and long downloads, instead of fast direct downloads. Here is what I simply did: I stopped using the Binverse trial and I let it expire. Two weeks later, I got the email and said my trial expired. Good riddance.

This complaint is my little warning to you: Just use Bittorrent, don't use any usenet clients like binverse. They will cheat you and your download will be slow.

Have a good day!

Billed me $99.90 without my notice
This company encourage me to register a free account and then bill my credit card after 14 days without my notice. And I never get anything I want after register a free account.

I saw many chinese people also have same problem with this company. Chinese people don't know well about english, and the company is in USA we can't reach them. I don't even know what this company can offer any real service for me is, and today I login to my email account and saw an email notice me that I was billed $99.90! What kind of company will charge for 6 month fee at one time?

And I called their customer service, till now still no answer, they also don't have live chat system on their website. I can only email them and hope they will reply.

They also do very awful job on affiliate management, many chinese websites make money from this company by cheating surfs, they all claim we can download the file we looking for, and encourage us to join the company, after we join, we just found there is nothing we can download from that website!

It's just a rude company, they doing business this way won't last longer, god will punish them one day!

No Way out of Scam
I live in Australia and sadly fell victim to binverse when I signed up using my boyfriends CC and this was only to get a free E book that actually did not even exist in the p2p network. After I realised this I immediatley tried to cancel the account using the support and account manager in the site.
This does not work and I unfortunatley got raped $130 AU which is a 1/3 of our wage.Due to having to pay regular utilities and rent and now thanks to Stupid sh1t software we cannot afford to eat this fortnight. No matter what you do, do not sign up to this software. It has no way out for anyone with a so called 'free 14 day trial period in which you may cancel at any time' what a load of crap!
It misleads you in every way from the content that made you sign up to the money that you apparently owe them for a service you
My partner is pursuing a refund through his credit union and we will shame this company for the rest of our lives to not only the trillions of online users we network and advertise to, but also spread the message to everyone young and old we meet everyday to steer clear of these menacing companies.
We both work in Busy Travel and Tourism Industies so the opportunities too hurt the Reputation are there every second of every day!
Who knows, hopefully one day I will meet someone that works there(binverse employee 0r affiliate), then I would get my money back... hehehe!

False advertising is a major CRIME in Australia, Pity the Goverment in the US is still to blind to see what goes on under thier noses! Why are these sites still existing?
One day many hackers will get ready to attack these Parasitic companies and only then will the war truely be won!
Shame on you Binverse!
Shame on YOU!

Misleading free trial
I signed up for a free trial at Binverse, because it says that if I sign before July 31 end I'll pay onlyu $1 for for the entire subscription, which I did. I entered my paypal payment and wala! the $1 was debited from my account. I searched about the company and found out later there's a lot of bad reviews about them. I decided not to log in to the account they provided, anyway it's only a dollar that was scammed from me. Last Aug. 14 I got an e-mail from them saying payment failed, I've no idea what's that payment for so I tried to call them but the friendly costumer service was out of reach. Last Aug. 16 I was so shocked that I was charged $99.96. Tried to call them but the FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE was out of reach!!!

I reported it to Paypal as unauthorized charges and thanks Paypal their answered was quick. They will reversed the payment and I was no longer subscribe to this Scambags!.

I salute you Paypal, you are true to your promises to your client.

14 free trial
I signed up for the 14 free trial offer nd it isn't what it is cracked up to be. I wasn't abe to use it at all. At the end of the free trial, they charged me for a full year of service. I thought I would be charged by the month and not an annual lump sum (that is in the fine print). I discovered they had charged PayPal within hours of them doing so. I called to cancel the service, but they wouldn't refund my money - more or less said too bad, but we are keeping your money. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but all they could do was "send a message to the supervisor" and they would email me. I got 'canned' message from them refusing my refund once again. I have asked PayPal to collect the refund, they passed along the request and was again refused. Binverse's 24 hour contact support is useless - they just read their responses to you.

I live on a fixed income and $99.96 taken from my checking is a big thing - grocery money. It would be different if I was able to use the service, but I can't and since it was only a matter of hours that had passed before the trial period was over. They definitely do not show any compassion. And tere was no contact from them after signing up - especially to inform me that my free trial period was about to expire.

DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!
