Unauthorized Charge
There is no reminder of the 14 days trial expiration. I signed up and immediately called to cancel but no one answered. After 14 days, they automatically deducted $99.96 from PayPal without prior notice. I finally got a hold of a customer representative and they didn't take back their charges for the service that I don't use and have not received. I'm filling a complaint with PayPal and hope to get money back.

binverse free trial
I applied for a binverse free trial. They imediately charged twice US$ 3, so I don't understand what kind of 'free' stuff is this. It's not easy to stop the free trial, there is no such an option offered. It seems to be a kind of trap.

Scam
If you provide them with your credit card info they will charge you 6.50 regardless if you signed up for the free trial or not. Cancel your card right away!! Once your 14 "free" trial is over, you will be charged over $100 for a full year membership.
If you used paypal to sign up, cancel your card on paypal because they will charge your paypal account $1 every month or so.

Fraudulent Withdrawal, Beware
On 13 July, I enlisted for 14 day trial usage through PayPal for 1.0 USD and quickly realized it did not serve my purpose. Fourteen days hence, on 28 July, to my horror I noticed I was charged 100 USD for a yearly membership which I did not authorize!. I mentioned this problem to the customer service, they said they cannot help with this, refused to refund my money and hung up on me.

I have canceled my recurring payments through PayPal and I have raised a complaint at PayPal. I have not yet canceled my Binverse account, since they warn that on cancellation of account there will not be any refunds.

I am terribly shocked at their audacity and corrupt business practice of stealing money from customers. Hopefully I will be refunded for my losses.

Please stay away from Binverse and their malpractices and protect your valuable money and time. I have also attached the summary of transactions.

Trial is not free
The 14-days trial of Binverse is not free as it's stated at www.binverse.com :(
My credit card was debited $3 twice (totally $6) in the subscription process.
Don't send your credit card's details, don't subscribe to their service!
They are dishonest even in minor things.

P.S. If you don't believe me, you can try to send details of a bank card with less than $6 balance. It's authorization will fail :)

Binverse Automatically Charged My Account
Binverse automatically charged my paypal account even though I never used the service after a "free" trial. I called and was connected with an Indian telemarketer who was rude, hung up on me and told me that there was no one else to help me. They refuse to give me my money back...it is a scam do not use this service. I have tried calling back twelve times and now I simply get an answering service.

Fraudelent Charges/Poor Customer Service
I, stupidly, signed up for their free trial using my PayPal account, thinking I would be protected if the product didn't work. I was never able to use the service on my computer and called to cancel. I could never reach a live human being, only an aswering machine, where I repeatedly left messages. I found out on day 15 that my paypal account was charge a recurring fee of 21.99. I called the company again to cancel, again to have the same trouble of cancelling over the phone. The following month - I was charged another 21.99. I called again over and over and finally reached a human being early in the morning. They told me that I could not cancel over the phone, that I had to do it online. So I did that, and asked that I be refunded, as they bill in advance and the services were not working. They told me that they do not give refunds. So this led me to file a claim of non-receipt through Paypal. During the course of this, I had discovered, that although I cancelled my services on their website, Binverse did not cancel the recurring charge on Paypal! So even though I cancelled through their website, they would have charged me if Paypal had not brought it to my attention I had a recurring payment established with them (again, without my knowledge). Currently Paypal is reviewing the case, but my assumption is I will not receive my duly deserved refunds as they sell "virtual goods" and evidently Paypal does not protect a buyer from a seller as long as they sell virtual goods - which is another way for buyers to be scammed. So long story short - stay FAR FAR away from this company and if you do decide to try it out - get your lawyer to read the TOS and definately do NOT use PayPal or you will get scammed out of a regular 21.99/month.

fraudulent claim on account
I am an existing user of ZML a web based movie download company and they were having technical difficulties over several weeks, so I checked on other availlable sites and came accross the slick marketing campain from Binverse with a free 14 day trial.

I normally stay away from free trials that require credit details upfront before activation.

I registered and then ZML became active again ansd so there was no need to progress with the trial. I never even used it once.
I went into the Binverse site to cancel and all indications were that I did cancel.

Two weeks later they charged my account. I logged on to the web page and tried to cancel my account and they advised I was already cancelled.
I objected to Binverse and they said I if I cancelled I should have received an email confirming that which I didn't nor did they prewarn me I should.

I am now trying to get Paypal to recoiver the moneybut they prefer Binverse's version as they pay their account.

I attach a print screen of the notification I had after contacting Binverse on receiving their charge.

STAY AWAY FROM BINVERSE AS THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY.
