Scam
Free Trial for Usenet Access! Free Uncensored Usenet Newsgroups | Binverse offered a "free 14 day trial" of their download service product. To accomplish this I used my Paypal account to pay them $1. Even though I used my credit card on Paypal to pay the $1 fee, somehow Binverse was able to force the transaction to go through my bank account, which I didn't find out until later.

I installed the Binverse software as per their instructions, but their service is a complete scam & did not ever work for me one time. I was unable to actually ever download anything with their software so I tried to cancel my account. I went on to the binverse.com site & was unable to cancel my account before the 14 day trial period was up. Even though I canceled the service agreement on Paypal right away, Binverse was still able to push the $99.96 transaction through anyway.

I called Binverse here:
(877) 352-1610, Non US: +1 201-408-0044

They told me they were unable to cancel my account or refund my money & that I would have to cancel the account on their website. I logged in & canceled my account & also canceled my further payments to them via Paypal, but somehow Binverse seems to be able to push transactions through my Paypal account even though they are not authorized to do so.

Binverse is a complete scam. The download service they offer does not actually exist, it's just a front for them to get access to the users' Paypal account or credit card. Then, once they have access to that account, the user is unable to cancel the service.

un authorised charges to my PayPal account
The 1$ USD for free trail ... charged through PayPal ... 14 days latter even though I cancelled or tryed to my PayPal account e-mails me saying a payment to binverse has been made... I didnt authorise ..and ithe request to PayPal for charge back refund is declined .. seems PayPal supports these f...kers ... they are making commission probably on each scam deal... my case is still ongoing ..but hold no hopes of getting my $99.96 USD back ...

the support at binverse is non -existent ...for a virtual site one would expect a good virtual e-mail contact ..not this bull... below in all responses

"Please note, your message was not received and will not be read by Binverse. Please visit www.binverse.com and click on support to submit a support request to Binverse."

Best regards, Binverse, Inc

Once u do finally cancel they send you bulls...e- mail but still you cannot repond to it ...

I thought PayPal was their to help us and protect us from these companies out there ... saddly my faith in PayPal has become a big letdown ...

I had to withdraw all my remaining funds and cancel my cards on that PayPal account ... and after lots of seaching finally found the delete link to stopped the unauthorised recurring Payment ...
These people could easy clean out your Paypal account ... and PayPal dont really wanna help stop it ...
I would love to know how many people have been ripped off in this way ... [email protected]

Predatory & Fraudulent Practices
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. EVER. ESPECIALLY FOR "FREE"! You're "FREE" account will likely cost you $99.95 + the $1.00 you are charged for your "free" account.

I (stupidly) signed up for a "free trial" of this software. I downloaded the software, received my login information, and I couldn't log in. I contacted customer service, they said maybe try to buy a plan so the software would work and I could "cancel it anytime" and I wasn't going to be billed since I was still in my "trial" period. I went for the $13.90 a month plan, feeling it was worth a $13.90 risk. I still wasn't able to log in. I contact ed their customer service again, and they told me they'd cancel my account. This all occurred 10 days before my trial was supposed to end. Long story short, I was not able to login to either the software or my online account until AFTER they billed my card for a year -- $99.95. I tried to nicely explain that I was told this wouldn't happen, and they were like "Too Bad. Enjoy your annual account!" I contacted PayPal, and the first dispute they said was my fault. I contacted them AGAIN and I am now supposed to be refunded. It's funny now that I can login to the account right after they hit you up for the money. I feel certain that this is done purposely and maliciously.

1. They will lock you out of your account so you can't log in an cancel
2. There are no monthly contracts. It's an annual contract of $99.95 or more.
3. They will screw you over in a heartbeat and will NOT refund your money.
4. Who knows whether the service works or not... I could never use it!
