We had a problem with the lawn and sprinkler company. It's Bio Turf, Inc. in Virginia. Do not recommend anybody to do business with them. It's a nightmare! We never had the worst service. They did the wrong zoning, not the way it was agreed upon, didn't distribute the sprinkler heads well, so we've got several uncovered areas. They broke the sum pump and the cable and buried it so we wouldn't know. They put the valve box on the roots of the young tree and killed it. They drilled the house foundation without our permission(were supposed to drill through the siding, on the wall). The sprinkler heads were put very high, so that the mowing company stopped cutting our grass. Many sprinkler heads were not adjusted and were watering the public property or the neighbor's yards instead of ours.

They dumped the rocks on the public property behind ours. The water is standing in the valve boxes and around most of the sprinkler heads and we were told by another company that the additional parts are needed to eliminate this. They didn't finish the installation by the agreed date. They came without appointments and didn't come when the appointments were sceduled. They were very rude.

They fixed some of the problems, but created the new ones. We didn't want to pay them about 5% of the owned money until they finish the job. They wanted the rest of the money first, refused to finish the work, requested more money than was in the agreement, threatened us with the property damage, then came and stole the expensive part installed by them though they've been warned about the trespassing.

Now we can not use the sprinklers. To fix all the problems left by the Bio Turf costs us 7 times more than we owe them.
