I recently purchased a Micropeel Package, $696.50, from the Frisco Location. On March 31, I paid for the package with my Care Credit card. After returning home and realizing that I may have scheduling conflicts, I called to ask if I may have a refund.
I was told that they would need to check with your corporate office and call me back. Two days later, not having a returned called, I phoned the location back. I was told again, we would need to check with corporate office and it would take 3-4 weeks for a refund and that the person if charge was not returning their calls. Again, I was told someone would call me with an update. This has gone on for 3 weeks. No one has ever returned my calls. I have called this location every other day and have been put off each time.
So, I figured that I would go ahead and just keep the package since I was getting no where with with manger at this location nor the employees. I spoke with the manager again, and told her that I would be glad to make an appointment and follow through with the procedures. She stated, "I will call you back to book the appointment", I was totally shocked. She has yet to return my call.
I do not know the situation at this location, but I am very disappointed and amazed at how I have been treated. There has been no communication, and I have truly lost my patience with the whole situation.
The reason I purchased the package was I had won a door prize for a microderm, and was very pleased. But now, I am very displeased and can not understand how a business that is such a customer orientated environment can operate in such a manner. I will never consider doing business with BioDerm, Frisco ever again.
