i have been trying to cancel order

I have been calling there number on the back of the packing slip and the mail box i fill I have been getting change for the product and I did not order it so I want to send I back to them and cancel Im order and get money back from them. Denese

unable to obtain return number required

ordered Stem cell therapy for 49$ to obtain free sample to try for 30 days and was talked into an eye cream and neck cream for 29$ each on Dec27 2010 it was sent general delivery and labeled without a street address I also recieved labeled Intensive regeneration kit a mask and small hyaluronic serum which I don't remember ordering. I would like to simply return all items for credit to my visa card but after seeing all the similar com plaints online. I am very concerned what to do. Total charge137.90$.Then to return and insure extra..
