These guys are something else.
After all i have read in the complaint board about these guys i am compelled to share the secret to getting some service with these bastards. ..PERSISTENCE.
They really go out of their way to keep you from reaching someone that MIGHT be WILLING TO HELP YOU.
I called around 40 times but i finally got an agent that i had an instant rapport with . He was very nice and i got what i wanted.
I ran into many barriers trying to reach someone to help. Some of the calls were low low volume that i couldn't hear on speakerphone even when the volume was turned all the way up. I had some of the calls just the opposite.
A nice male voice would play the important caller speech at a normal hearing volume and then after (pull your ear away) there will be a really LOUD PIERCING fax machine like sound that will blow the drum out of your ear. This will continue very consistently till you cant stand it anymore. ANd you just get so annoyed with the volume of the sound that you give up and HANG UP. Your better off to just call back again.
The number i actually got help on wasn't the customer service number at all. It was the number you order the stuff from.
on the bottom of the jar.
NOW they will tell you they dont have the ability to do that and that you'll have to call another number
.Once they give you that dont expect them to back out of it becasue they are just being lazy.
CALL BACK. And keep calling till you get someone to help you.

The BiologicSolutions Website is out of New York But the Biologic Solutions from the T.V ad is from Connecticut.
What do you expect when you get a few weirdo no personality or too much personality New Yorkers working in the Customer Service Dept of this place. Its not a good combo. The CT CS is nice and easier to deal with But just to be fair ..Not all of them are too concerned about your business with biologic solutions either. They're also just collecting a check.
Also the TV ad's WebSite Totally guarantees the stuff and if you gotta chase your money its a pain But Dont make someone elses life easier becasue they dont want to do their job.
Keep calling back and get your dam money, ..But try and keep your head about you because as soon as you use any profanity it gives them the moral High Ground to do whatever they want.
And that includes rudely charging your card for things you didn't order.
I'm just giving information about this from my perspective. Please do what you think is right but this is what i did and As aggravating as it was. AND IT WAS AGGRAVATING!!! Arrrr.
Keep Calling. And watch your bank account. Get a green dot account and just put what you need to to shop online with or whatever and keep the rest someplace that no one but you can access it.
No way they are ever getting any extra out of me. And if they werent sending me the two for one deal again. They wouldnt be getting anything from me. Because i dont appreciate anyone taking liberties with my money that isnt ME!
I was ready to trash the whole thing. For that.
They are sending me something i ordered previously LATE.
I got my regular shipment with a bunch of freebies and wasnt told i was going to be getting these things.
So i thought that maybe they were charging me for them.
But after looking into the situation a little more i found that the amount taken was for the order i didn't receive.
The freebies (totalling an extra 90 bux worth of free stuff) were for my satisfaction as a customer.
And the Lady Rep that did this for me was Pleasant.
But l called back a million times to get to her as well. so GOOD LUCK.
