Announces Lawsuit Filed Against Biotab Nutraceuticals, Inc.
Los Angeles, June 19, 2009 ATTORNEY ADVERTISING. The class action law firm of Wasserman, Comden & Casselman, L.L.P. has filed a putative class action lawsuit against Biotab Nutraceuticals, Inc. (“Biotab”), in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, on behalf of purchasers of the male enhancement product ExtenZe.
The complaint alleges violations of the Consumers Legal Remedies Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 et seq.), the Unfair Competition Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200 et seq.), untrue and misleading advertising, breach of implied warranty, breach of express warranty, and unjust enrichment. Plaintiff alleges that these claims arise from massive misrepresentations, deceptions, and fraud perpetrated by Biotab in the manufacture, marketing, and distribution of its product line ExtenZe, which Biotab has sold and continues to sell as a “male enhancement” product.
Wasserman, Comden & Casselman L.L.P. is continuing its investigation into Biotab’s alleged deceptive marketing and selling practices. If you or someone you know has purchased ExtenZe and 1) did not experience the advertised results; 2) could not obtain a refund; and/or 3) had unauthorized funds taken from a credit card or bank account for unordered shipments of ExtenZe, please contact Melissa Harnett, Esq. at Wasserman, Comden & Casselman by telephone at (818) 705-6800 or via e-mail at [email protected].
