right now i am very pissed off about this Biotab Nutraceuticals Inc. I called them for the 7 day "free trail offer" for .97 cents. What they did'nt tell me is that they were also sending me a 30 supply along wth the "free trail offer" at the cost of $36.90.when I spoke to them about this, they said it was in the small print, well I don't remember anything about the small print.After calling them the 3d time that was when i found with my bank account that there was a pending charge of $ 36.90 for a 30 day supply, call Biotab to ask them about this and all they could tell me was there was nothing they could do about it cause it was in fine print.well this amount finially hit my account and over drawn my account of in the amount of $36.00, so from all the complaints I read on this company I contacted my atterney general office in Delaware and I'm filing a complant wth them & now I'm filling one wth the BBB in Monrovia, CA. Also I have to file a complaint wth my bank, so hopfully I will be able to stop them from charging my acct. again by getting a new debit card b4 they have a chance to screw me over again."Be very aware of free trail offers"!!!After reading 3 pages of complaints against Alteril & Exstine and how people r getting ripped off by this company, I still have hope that some one can help me get this resolved soon.Thks $ letting me get out my frustraion on this company and their samming other pepole, Thank You, Teresa Ballard
