My husband purchased the water wiggler from the above website on Nov
25, 2008. He bought it as a Christmas present for me. I opened it
and wasn't impressed by the quality or durability and it looked like
it had been previously open and used. We went out of town the next
day so my husband called the company when we returned, 2nd week of January.

He was told there was a 10 $ re-stocking fee for the item that only
cost $24.99. I don't understand why there is a restocking fee since
he called within the 30 days of my opening it and not liking
it. Typically, businesses honor a 30 day return from Christmas when
it is a present.

Needless to say, we won't be returning it for our 15 $ since it will
cost us 5 $ to ship it. Plus they get to resell it to someone else
AND make 10 $ on the deal. I am thoroughly disgusted with this
company and we will never buy from them again.
