In January 2010 I ordered a subscription for my mother. After about two months she had not recieved the magazine yet. I contacted birds and blooms and in early June they responded they were not able to locate any payment and requested a copy of the front and back of my canceled check or money order, or a copy of the credit card statement.
I sent a copy of the cancelled check but heard nothing back. I sent this all to them along with a note that this was the third time I had written and have not even gotten a response from them. I'll pass the word along to others. Perhaps I'm not the only one that had this happen.
A few years ago I ordered a subscription that had some free gadget for doing so and I never recieved that either...seems to be a recurring problem...
