I am Working for Birlasunlife Insurance as a Agency Manager Employee code 38206 surat 1 Branch code 186, i had Joined this Organisation at 03/05/2010, with a lot bright feature Dreams but i had left only 15 days in this Organisation and my Reporting Manager "Mr Mayur Thakkar" has come at me and presser me for signature a blank paper as a Resignation, but i did not Signature that paper,
After that day my Reporting manager have feel Personally Problem with me and he have always hang my Working he always talking with me very Badly and Ruddy, in last 7 month total more then 40 time my Working was Hanged and still my Working hang and also Stop, Right now i have in my hand Business for Company but my Reporting Manager not allow me for login this business he spoke me he has made for me compliance and my logged police did reject so why you login once again business in company my reporting manager want my Working will very weak then he will Terminate me on work base Because all this Activity due to my working totally disturb and my Performance is going on day by day weak, who is Responsible for my Working Disturbing ?
Sir madam, i want to ask My Branch head stopped My business because he feel with me very personally then he also stopped company's business, he is not responsible for company'lose? and he is free for ever thing make in company?
i had logged some my Agency form who from Rajasthan but live in surat but now my ARM and Reporting Manager spoke me you do not allow login from Rajasthani people because my all most Client From Rajasthan but live in surat
In this month i had logged one agency after a lot problems from Ultra tech cement plant but after login this agency SSE not process this form because he know i have one another agency form from L&T
Date 15/12/2010 he has called me in his cabin and he has gave me presser signature by me some paper and also he do not allow me for read That paper, so i did Signature some Paper may be he will Update my Resignation with system Without my permit and he will use that paper any another place,
Moreover date 30/11/2010 i had my two candidate IRDA exam, so i had asked to my Reporting manager for IRDA Exam Hall ticket for my two candidate due to my Reporting manager do not give me exam hall ticket and he spoke with me very badly and abusive and he Spoke me he will not allow me for signature in office attendance register due to i did e mail "HR Garima Pandey" and May be she has allow me for signature in office attendance Register in new month,
date 30/12/2010 my Reporting manager has threat me for change job and he also spoke me you leave this job or change this job otherwise i will fight with you in office or out side office and i will kill you, Because you did submit Harassment in Compliance Board,
Sir madam, now in my office Every one admin Persons one Training manager totally comment on me every time spoke me "marwari" and all also harassment me because they all working on my reporting manager presser
