After about eight weeks and still I have not received my necklace, I contacted Bonnie. I received and e-mail which stated â??***Please note, we had a server crash on 5/10 which resulted in a 2-week loss of data. We're getting it back up as soon as we can, but your current status may not be reflected online if you ordered between the time of 5/1 and 5/14.***â?? So I gave her a few more weeks. Once I tried to contact her again, I received an e-mail giving a long story about how her husband told her that he was leaving her for another woman when she was in the middle of giving birth. I felt bad for her. I waited another month. I e-mailed the company again and was working with Sarah. She told me that my order was lost in the computer crash and to give her the information and she would get it on the forging bench. Now it is November and they will not return my calls or e-mails. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
