I rented a townhouse from a management co. and lived there for my 1 yr. lease, while occupied dishwasher only worked about 4 mo. and they would not have repaired, and water leaked a steady flow in bathtub and took 4 phone calls to get fixed and a water bill from he hoa for over usage to get that repaired. I moved out by the end of nov. 2010 and was told it would take 3 weeks to get my 900.00 dep. back. I just got in on feb. 1 2011 and they deducted half of it for cleaning and blinds, the place was cleaned spic and span and carpets were all shampoed. About a month after moving they called and said a window they were going to repair was 450.00 which was a lie nothing wrong with windows. When the represenative and I inspected property she stated to me everything looked good. It was cleaner then when I moved in carpets were not shampoed and blinds were in same condition. The invoice states 195.00 for cleaning, 186.86 for blinds, 60.00 to install blinds. I drove by property and im sure the same blinds are hanging and they did no cleaning they just kept half of dep. and im sure if thats how they do business they have done this to many people and I would like to file a complaint and make people aware of this.
