Processing my account
Since being assigned to this firm for a credit card debt I owed I have had nothing but rude, insulting, unaware customer service representatives with this firm. I started out with one representative whom promised to take care of a couple of items, that I needed to live for the two weeks after they garnished my checking account and savings, taking every cent I had. She gave me "her word" that the money would be returned to my account after 72 hours. Of course "her word" had enough pull to get me nothing. I phoned her back after the money was not returned. I got the most rude attitude and down right yelling over the phone from this reperensatative. This was delt with by passing my case on to another member of this firm. This person did nothing to help me understand why I was delt with in such a way, as a matter of fact she could not tell me where the money I was suppose to get returned was. Again I was passed on to another member of this firm and this representative had a whole differnt attitude and had no time for my petty grips and more or less told me to pay my payment and leave it at that. He also informed me that the two prior representatives I was talking with were not the persons handling my case. He informed me it was some gentlemen that I had no prior contact with since this whole thing came to there firm. I might be a bad person for not handling my finanices correct, but do I have to be treated with such disrespect? I informed this gentleman that I will be having a face to face with one or more of the partners when my account has cleared there books. I am so feed up with this treatment and plan to do something about it.
