My company purchased a PABX system from Bitco 2 years ago. A year ago out of the blue they sent us monthly invoices from a company called VoiceOne who we have never contracted with or approved any implementation of VoiceOne products. The monthly invoices amounted to up to R2000 a month from VoiceOne which was not explained to us or asked if we needed the VoiceOne product. We have been asking, sending emails for over 6 months to get an explanation of who VoiceOne is and why we need to make payments to VoiceOne when our contract is with Bitco. Our Contract & quote from Bitco does not allow for any monthly billings. Bitco now suspended our PABX system so that we can not make or receive calls. This is exploitation! They are forcing us to make an R8000 payment to a company that we dont even know by cutting of our phones. We can not do any business without so we have had no choice but to pay this! Be careful who you purchase your PABX system from.
