Fake postings
Well some put a fake posting on this site about my company. This website wants extort 240.00 out me to remove it. Meanwhile they do not collect any proof of this job ever happening.

Than they expect innocent people to pay there fees. They wont do a thing with getting there fees.

Irresponsibility At Its Worst
I am a victim of BizClaims.com. Someone entered a totally untrue, defamatory and malicious complaint and comment about me. Trying to get BizClaims to remove it is almost impossible and the damage remains on their website and the internet for everyone to read. I've contacted BizClaims almost 10 times since I found these postings about me. I did this either by contacting them through their website or responding to the only email they sent me. To date I have received only one response in which they basically washed their hands of the entire mess claiming that they are not responsible for what people write on their website.

Per BizClaims recommendation I responded to the people who wrote the complaint and comment on the BizClaims website. Something that I did not want to do but had to in order to get something done by BizClaims which hasn't happened to date. I asked these people to submit documentation to substantiate their complaint and comment which they have not done to date. I have asked BizClaims to send me their contact information so that I know where to send a court order to get information on the people who wrote the lies about me. They have not responded to date.

I sent BizClaims a website which tracks convicted felons by geographic areas and asked that they enter my name, city, state, zip to see if I come up as a result. I can only wait now to see what happens but doubt that BizClaims will do it.

Through this entire mess it is difficult for me to understand BizClaims or for that matter ComplaintsBoard premise to give people a free hand or platform at writing anything about a person or business especially when it is unfounded. 'Freedom of Speech' does not include shouting 'FIRE' in a crowded theatre but in my case it appears that BizClaims bolted the doors shut. I only found out about the posting (which was also posted on and removed by ComplaintsBoard) when I brother was searching the internet gathering information about our family ancestry. Imagine his shock at reading what he did about me. What was written about me is something that I do not want to repeat or give more attention to that it has already received. But others who find themselves in similar circumstances shouldn't have to go through the same experience.

I allege that BizClaims has been irresponsible not only in enabling people to write totally false complaints and comments about me, but also totally irresponsible in removing them after my many emails to them. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to check on the IP addresses of its login accounts especially when these guys have computer geeks working for them. I suspect the two people who entered the postings about me did it creating false accounts. But this is to much work for BizClaims to do I guess.

I could have written this commentary on BizClaims own website but then they would have been able to remove it at their discretion. Let's face it, why would / should they permit negative feedback on their own website about themselves for not doing anything about a FALSE complaint and comment about a person. They are doing what they say they are responsible for. To quote them directly: 'Regarding any legal issues, based on the Communications Decency Act neither us nor our service providers can be held responsible of the content provided by third party individuals.'

Years ago had better luck getting results with the IRS when contesting a late fee on my income taxes. I mailed both my state and federal taxes on the same date at the same post office by my house. When the IRS mailed me a copy of the envelope I pointed out to them that the postmark was in a city 450 miles away from me on a day that I worked. It was physically impossible and/or impractical for me to drive or fly to that location to merely drop my letter in a mail box. They agreed and corrected the problem. I don't know why BizClaims can't do the same.
