Subject:- Complaint of my Bajaj Discover Motor cycle under Regn.No. DL7SBC9608.
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that in regards to above complaint, it is unfortunate that services as promised were not delivered.. I bought Bajaj Discover Motor Cycle under Regn. No DL7SBC9608 and E No. JNGBRF66346 on 3 October 2008 from Fair Deal Automobiles.
My problem started from day one when its clutch was not working properly. I complained the concern Fair Deal serviced centre they lose some wire and told me now it is ok. From that time till today I drive only 4000 k.ms and in this time I complained so many times to concerned Fair Deal Service centre. They took my driving test and change its clutch plate three times and also charged that money from me. They are just lying saying that it is ok and there is no defect.
Being under tremendous pressure, I visited so many times to your Fair Deal Showroom, they promised me that we will talk Bajaj Auto companydirectly so, you have not to worry. They gave me surety that it is our responsibility and we will manage it our selves, but all in vain.
I am shocked and surprised to see the kind of services you provide to your customers, In spite of my many requests and complaints there was no follow up on time and it was total wastage of my time and money because of your inefficiency.
In view of the above in conveyance caused mentally, physically and financially I would like to have due compensation from you for the loss incurred and also change my Motor Cycle with new one so that I could get rid from this problem.
