Brian and Kristine for BK Express out of Perth Ontario were supposed to move us from Thunder Bay Ontario to Windsor Ontario which are 20 hours away from each other. We were told he would deliver for October 1st 2009 so we gave him a deposit of $1000 then he called and said his truck was broken and wanted another $500 to cover a part so he could deliver our stuff. On October 7th 2009 we contacted him because our belongings had not been delivered or even picked up from our mom's house in Thunder Bay he ignored us until we threatened to call the police then he told us that his truck had been broken since July of 2009 and he was unsure of when he could deliver and could not offer a refund because he didn't have that kind of money. So after fighting to get our money back which was unsuccessful we posted an ad on kjiji to warn people of our horrible experience with this company and they turned around and posted fraudulent ads accusing my husband of being an abusive pedophile which was very untrue and not called for he also email and said he should call cas and tell them our children have nothing so they should take them away which is kind of ironic as he is the one who did not deliver their belongings. We have called to police and made a complaint we will be taking both Brian and Kristine to court to get our $1500 back, sue him for damages and defamation of character among other things.

We are now forced to move back to Thunder Bay not because we want to but because we have had nothing here for over a month all because BK Express did not deliver our belongings and we cannot afford to have them moved here by someone else. I hope that Brian and Kristine have a hard time sleeping at night just thinking about how he wronged our families and others alike as we are not the only people he has ripped off, lied to and scammed.
