This company makes money by ripping people off. The first rip-off is that it doesn't disclose that it's in Canada. So, when you order by credit card from the U.S., you will get hit with a currency conversion fee by the bank. No matter what, can't be avoided. There goes the favorable price Cymax claimed because the item costs more than you expected.
Then, they charge your card right away but don't ship your product. They never send you an e-mail about this, you just never get the confirming "shipped" e-mail. You go to track your product on their site, and you see a new ship date weeks later than what was promised. The only way I got them to ship my product was to threaten to complain to my state attorney general's office.
I had to send that threat by e-mail. They have a Customer Service number on their website, but don't bother--they don't answer it. You just stay on hold until you give up--20 minutes, 40 minutes, 60 minutes, whatever. It must be cheaper to pay all that incoming 800# time than to actually staff a real Customer Service Department that answers the phones. Since they have no intention of providing solutions to your problem, it makes sense for them not to bother to answer the phone.
AVOID this company like the plague!
