This started in January of 2009. We were told we would have it in about 6 weeks...This kept dragging on and then we started calling and saying, "Can we at least have it by Easter?" We gave instructions as to what type of kitchen table we wanted built and we sent numerous photos. The process kept dragging and dragging on...then when they got about 60 % done in July, it was not on track for what we wanted and it appeared it never would be completed or close to our expections. I tried to be very nice and said this is just not going to work out, go ahead and complete the table as you would for anyone else and just sell it. The table was never completed from the photos they sent us. I just asked for our deposit back. Then it starts...no return phone calls, no return emails. I had to start calling from odd numbers to see if I could get Regina to answer because she did not recognize my number. I caught her twice..."Oh, we will be mailing you a check tomorrow" NOTHING. We were very nice the whole way through. They just could not produce what we wanted. We just want our deposit back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They will be real nice on the phone...Then nothing. I have seen many more compliants on the web regarding them now...I guess when you do give a real address you can rip people off.

These two are just a young 30'scouple living in the middle of the mountains. I had no problem with that. I went and met with them. They seem nice enough. It did look like something right out of Deliverence with 30 hound dogs tied to trees on the hill up behind the old barn. Just do yourself a favor, deal with someone who will honor their agreement. Be careful...the "stocking" fee is huge...of course that doesn't matter...we don't have our money.
