Not providing what they have agreed to provide for events and also trying to then get out of it by cheekily saying well it wasn't all included in the contract despite the fact they assure you time and time again all will be fine. The bands are terrible, the sound is attrotious, generally they are a scam all over. If you also try to contact one of their clients on their testimonials page via the links that they have provided they a bogus and non existant email addresses (I know one of the people listed on that page personally and it is not their address!) Please get this word spread to avoid people having major dissappointment like we did, it was our wedding, it was a disaster.
