I went on line to sign up for an online busuness. The amount of the package I was to receive was minimal, but it was placed on my credit card. At the end of filling in all the blanks with my name and credit card information there was absolutely no response. No submit button, no verification of my request, nothing. After no response I phoned the company right away to cancel my purchase. They were willing to cancel my subscription but are still charging me the initial fees to my credit card. I want these fees dropped as well or at least a refund to reflect on my credit card.
