Today I went to kragen on sierra and bullard to test my. Attery...they told me to come back in one hour...I came back in one hour and see the staff watch me come in...I stood there in line...he just stared at me and continued to wiping the counter...I knew he had seen me walk in cause we had direct eye contact...I stood there for about 2 minutes...I was upset and didn't get why he saw me waiting in line and did not bother to say anything...I got mad...I walked up to him and asked him, "I know u saw me walk in and stood here...why did u not ask me if needed help...he gave me a dogging mocking look and said what????I told him that I was here to pick up the battery...he said r u sure it was this store???? What was this???I became very upset and irritated...I said what do u think???I grabbed my recipe and showed it to himself. He snatched it and went to the back room...he came back with my battery and said here he slams it on the counter and said I can't help you with this battery try somewhere else...I picked up my battery and threw my recipe on the ground and walked away...never going there again...he was racist u can just tell...before walking out the door I asked the old lady who was the staff there too who was still withanother customer...I asked her can I speak to a manager...she points to the same rude and racist white guy...never go there...kragen on sierra and blackstone in fresno, ca!
