Pierre Blackwell with Blackwell Construction Inc from Des Moines, Iowa sub-contracted work to us and than ran off with the money. We completed 100% of our contract and he kept getting draws from the Iowa Department of Transportation but didn;t pay us. We are now ripped off $20, 000 plus the money we had out on the job which was another $10, 000.

He hired David Jackson, his nephew, to do paperwork but instead, they split the money and ran. They continue to avoid phone calls and letter from the Iowa Department of Transportation.

Do not Hire them or accept work from them. They are crooks.
