This company has very poor customer service
Order Security paper in bundles of 250 (shrink wrapped). Recently opened two bundles and found the paper in the middle damaged. I called them and their response was that I was supposed to report it within (I think 15(?) or so, days of receipt). Now tell me when you order a whole box of paper would you sit and open all shrink wrapped bundles to see if all the paper is good? Isn't the assumption tht their quality control check this before they ship it?
OK, now we order another box, this time non-shrink wrapped. They send us paper with their marking on the back (free advertisement for them). Apparently somewhere on their website it says this has the markings.
Have others had problems with this company as well?
They are very rude to speak to on the phone. Don't return calls.
