dear sir/madam.i m arun kumar from faridabad (hr) se.maine 06 july 2011 ko blazeflsah ballabgarh faridabad se panchkula sec-5 ke liye paper courier karaya tha.way bill no -113742583.hi pahucha.jiski wajah .isi karan se mera 150000 rupees ka nuksaan huya hai.us courier ke under us makan ki orginal paper or anumaanit kimat ka paeper tha .sahi samay se paper nahi pahucne ke karan mera load mere education deppt. Se nahi ho paya jiske karan mera diya hua makan ka bayana 150000 rs nuksaan hua.manine iske bare main blazeflash courier walo se 8july se lagataar din main lagbhag 3-4 baar karata hu lakin har unka jawab ek hi rahta hai ki hum pata kar rahe hai.aaj main khud gaya jaha se courier karya tha.unhone kaha ki hum to aap ka paper bhej diya hai per pata nahi kaha gaya hai.aakhir main maine us courier ke owner se 9810629898 mr sachin aggarwal ji se baat11.20 am bataya ki mere saath isha hua.unko maine apna 8 july ka complaint no-3420 0r 11 july ka no-3477 bataya.unka jawab tah ki main aap kmo abhi dhodi der main batata hu.uske baad maine 2.38 pm par phone kiya to unka jawab tah ki jaadoo thodi na hai ki danddi ghumaya ki pata chal gaya maine kaha ki aap apne client ko isi trah se dael karte ho iske baad usne phone kaat diya.main bahut pareshaan hone ke baad aap ke pass apni sikayat le kar aaya hu.karpiya aap mujhe sahi nyyay dilaye or blazeflash se mere 150000 rupees ka nukasaan mujhe dilaye.main apka atti abhari rahuga.

First of all I would like to know how you are going to compensate the loss that I suffered due to your deficiancy in service, callousness of the staff. Even after leaving my cell no on two occassions on two different days after a week of booking consignment, nobody bothered to inform me regarding my lost consignment. I was instead told to check online myself.

It is very rediculous and outrageous that you require these details from the custormer instead of checking all these details from the branch where the consignment was booked. At the least you could have made a call to the branch and got the necessary details if you don't have online facility.

Though I am giving the details asked by you, the least you can do is refund the full amount that I paid for sending the consignment though the loss that I suffered due to loss of my consignment is much much more than that. It is now 5th day since I booked the consignment by air.
