Unauthorized withdrawal from bank account
I ordered The Blazing Words disc but cancelled the order within one hour afterward. I plainly told the CSR I talked to that I did not want the order. He informed me the $1.97 I paid was not refundable but there would be no more money taken from my account. That was one week ago. Today there is a deduction of $72.21 from my account putting me in the red with my account which will cost me $35.00 from the bank. I called the 800 number and there is no answer, just an automated response with no resolution.

stole money from me
I purchased a google trial package for $1.97. The package has not yet been received. Now a debit for $72.21 has appeared on my bank statement from Blazing Words. I don't know what that is, and I never agreed to any such purchase or charge. When I call the number listed, the message says t o call back during normal business hours, but doesn't say what those hours are. It doesn't even say what the company is. I have no idea who these people are or what they do, and I never agreed to buy anything from them.

I WAS CHECKING GOOGLE ADVERTISEMENT FOR ONLINE WORK OPPORTUNITY AND BOUGHT .99 KIT. THEY USED THIS INFO TO DEBIT MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR $72.21 THATI DID NOT AUTHORIZE.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
I HAD THIS CHARGE SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD, BUT I HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. 1-866-200-5186. I CALLED RIGHT AWAY, AND THEY HAVE ALREADY CXL'D, THEN THEY ADVISED THAT I WOULD HAVE CREDIT IN 19 BUSINESS DAYS. TO SAY I'M PISSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT...

Fraudalent Charges
I ordered a free kit and charged shipping of 1.97 from an internet ad for Google work from home. They took my information and charged me for 72.21 for Blazing Words. I called the 800 and they told me it was for a trial subscription that I signed up for. I asked that they refund my money immediately. They gave me an email address to email and the reference # to put in the subject line. I have not seen the refund yet but you should call them and try to do what I did. These are awful people and I hope they get caught and brought to justice.

unothorized deduction
i ordered a kit for 1.95. they took that out then they used my credit card info to also deduct almost 73 dollars. this is not right nor is it fair.

Unauthorized transaction
I believe I requested information CD from a certain Google business for a fee handling of $1.95. I did not receive any CD as of now and I just realize that this company is charging me $72.21 dollars because they told me that I sign up for them, after the trial period of 7 days. I did not even receive the CD and They promise to refund me but the transaction has to be made first on my bank account. How ridiculous is this? I told the lady who answered me to cancel my subscription.
