Product danger
Purchased the product, tested it on a spot on my arm following all instructions, using the focus tube, applied for slightly less than recommended time. Two years later I still have the spot and white scarring around the outer edge. I emailed the supplier a few months after using the product and said it didn't work. Supplier was uninterested in helping me, no refund, just wrote that I needed to try it again. This product is dangerous for your skin. I now see an excellent dermatologist who can remove blemishes with no scarring. He just rolled his eyes when I told him of this product. The main ingredient is fit for removing warts, if you're careful. Do not get it on any skin you hope to retain without scarring.

Non delivery
BLEMISH FREE - DO NOT EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A SCAM.
I placed an order with Blemish Free on 19/1/2011. I should have known from the state of their website that it was not reliable. Three months on and I have still not received my order. When I contacted Charlene about my order she blamed KlikandPay - their online payment gateway. She said that they had "stolen" commission from them and as a result Blemish Free had never received the funds for my order and therefore were unable to dispatch. She told me to place the order again as they have moved payment providers. Of course I have not.

No product
I was waiting for a month for the product to arrive and it never did. After about two weeks I sent two emails sent trying to figure out what was going on with my order. I did recieve a response notifying me that my order has been shipped and is on the way.(Bull Crap) I waited about one week still no product so I sent a third email my response was that they was going to refund me my money. I didnt even ask for a refund all I really wanted was the product. What a waste! I was so excited to purchase the product and I was willing to wait. I dont trust this company and I am still waiting for my refund. The only delima I have is how this company can rave about a product being so wonderful and yet they dont send the product to the consumers purchasing it and to be honest I believe that most people are willing to wait for such an amazing product as they clam. This company in my opinion does not do right by it comsumers.

Don't spend $120 on a kit that is not going to work
Don't purchase the product from this site. Don't spend $120 on a kit that is not going to work. From a website that only gives you an email address. There is no address to send the product back. There is no phone number to talk to a representative. My sister wasted a weeks pay just to get this product and she did not get her acne or pimples or skin to clear up at all. For the price she paid she could have seen a real doctor and got a prescription that might have worked.

No order sent
I ordered their product on 1/13/2011 and have not heard a word from them since. I have emailed a person by the name of Charlene at [email protected] and I always get a no-reply response stating they will answer me as soon as possible. I've already paid for the product and according to their purchase and delivery timeline, I should have received it by now. They do not answer their emails, it is now over two months and all I want to know is that my product has at least been shipped. They put the responsibility for delays on Customs according to their website, but Miss Charlene or the company will not respond to my emails. Need help getting either my product or a refund. Reference # 1294967291 and transaction # is 890656. I paid $130.00 through Klik & Pay on 1/14/2011.

Burnt my Skin
I bought the product more than a year ago. If I had chanced upon this website, I would not have bought it. I'm a fair skin Asian and thought the product may work on me. Fortunately I tried the product on the mole on the side of my belly and on my right shoulder. At first there isn't any effects on 2 tries in a span of a month. My 3rd try was a mistake.. I left it slightly longer and a black patch surfaced. Not only are the moles still there, I have to content with 2 black patches. I felt so cheated! In fact I have facial moles that were removed for less than SIN $10 per mole. I should have just stick to that and not waste money on this!

No Product
I ordered Blemish Free early in February, 2011. My account was immediately debited $130. Website said when product was shipped, an email would be sent with instructions. I have emailed Charlene 3 times to ask if my order has been shipped? No reply, no reply, no reply. (only autoresponse, so I know my email was received. It's been almost a month. I am very frustrated because I want to try the product. Are they reputable??? Are there any lawsuits against them??

No refund and didn't work
I purchased this product last year but then changed my mind once I received it. For me, the instructions were confusing, making them difficult to follow. Also the product itself didn't look professional and there were no ingredients listed (I know, I should have checked this out on the website first - just caught up in wishful thinking that I'd found something that worked). I contacted an individual that calls themselves 'Charlene' to explain but after a couple of emails she started to come across as rude and insinuated that I'd used the product, got the results and was now trying to get a refund. If only that were true! To cut a long story short, my last email was ignored; there's clearly no intention of refunding me so I eventually plucked up the courage to give it a try just a week ago, despite having read the comments on this board. It's had no effect whatsoever and it's been a few days now. I think I've got to admit this was a silly, naive purchase and at my age I should know better. Needless to say that this product has now been assigned to the bin and I have no wish to deal with this company any more. Just a shame that there wasn't a legitimate organisation that I could log an official complaint to...
